life is good

ok so a quick little postling b/c i just put in a solid 8 and a half minutes of econ studying and i deserve a break.

my friends are in Cuba. i didn’t know til last week, b/c i thought that they still lived next door to me but i finally asked and turns out they’re in cuba. M’s also in Cuba - probably in the same place. i’m jealous, but also realize that i can’t just perpetually leave the country.

anyway. so i don’t have much else to say. perhaps b/c i’ve become mildly monastic lately. i had 3 glasses of champagne on friday night in celebration of a belated valentine’s day and was hungover til saturday around 8pm.

i decided to double major, b/c i was anyway accidentally so why not just declare it and have it on my transcript. and i’m also trying to do this thesis on microfinance, and it’s actual work. you guys really don’t want to hear me whine about it, but it’s taking up time and effort that could be devotedto laying.

my NY friends are all having fantastic times in their respective countries. i’m pretty much jealous of all of them right now, but at the same time quite happy to be back in the States.

exciting updates of any kind are welcome as my world now revolves around economic development and i need someone exciting to live through. stories more exciting than dreaded hair perhaps (not that that update wasn’t both entirely necessary and amazing).

actually if my friends don’t come through, no worries, b/c i’ve got A’s stories. and that’s enough excitement for any
lgb. she’s dating 3 men, one of which is a married w/ children tattoo artist, one of which is a rich homosexual coke-head, and her body’s covered in gigantic lilies, except for the pin-up girl on her right thigh. BEAT THAT.
